Citrus Salsa Recipe

Ingredients you will need:
4 Cups finely chopped citrus
3/4 Cups finely chopped onion
3/4 Cup loosely packed chopped cilantro
4 Cloves minced garlic
1 Jalapeno, chopped small
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1 Teaspoon salt
A sprig of mint (optional)

Mix together in a bowl!
